The average numeracy strand performance for year six students in Tuvalu is shown in Figure CNF6.3. There was little variation in the average scores of the numeracy strands, which shows that this year six cohort had consistent performance across the four numeracy strands. This also means that the overall numeracy score for this year six cohort was not disproportionately affected by any single strand’s score.
